Do you offer consultations?
Yes. Therapy is personal, and the connection between us matters. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can talk through what’s bringing you in and see if this feels like a good fit.

What does a typical session look like?
Sessions are 50 minutes and shaped around your needs.

Some days we may slow down and reflect. Other days might involve learning new tools or making sense of old patterns. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, always centering your voice and pace. Together, we co-create a space that helps you move forward with clarity and intention.

Do you take insurance?
I do not accept insurance directly. However, many clients use their out-of-network benefits for partial reimbursement. I provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance company. Since coverage varies, it's a good idea to check with your provider in advance. You're welcome to reach out for my current rates or help navigating this process.

How do I prepare for my first session?
After our consultation, I’ll send you a secure intake form to complete. This gives us a starting point. In our first session, we’ll review it together, talk through your goals, and begin shaping the foundation of our work. No pressure to have it all figured out. Just come as you are.

What are your credentials?
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Diagnostic Privilege (LMHC-D) in New York State and a Certified Mindfulness-Informed Professional (CMIP). I’ve received advanced training in psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches. My work is rooted in evidence-based practice, shaped by real connection, and guided by a deep respect for your inner world.
